Uzbekistan National Bank Partners with SINOSO:Dr.Lertin Liu Named Chief Agronomist of Agrostar

On June 1–2, the 2nd China–Uzbekistan Local Cooperation Forum was successfully held in Samarkand, the “Pearl of Central Asia.” During the event, the National Bank of Uzbekistan announced the appointment of Mr. Liu Changxin, Regional Director of Central Asia at SINOSO Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 872102), as Chief Agronomist of its fruit company, serving as technical advisor.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Rustan (Jizzakh region), the Minister of Investment of the National Bank, Mr. Akbar, the Chairman of Agrostar LLC, Mr. Sherzod, and Mr. Liu Changxin from SINOSO.

In this role, Mr. Liu will introduce China’s advanced subsurface drip irrigation technology to Agrostar’s production, aiming to greatly improve water efficiency, crop yields, and sustainable farming practices. Leveraging SINOSO’s extensive expertise in water-saving irrigation across diverse crops and environments, tailored solutions will be developed for Uzbekistan’s agricultural needs.

This cooperation marks a solid step in Sino-Uzbek agricultural technology exchange. SINOSO will continue to work with Uzbekistan to promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, fostering innovation and sustainable growth in modern agriculture.
